We continue to adapt to the times and have conducted online training and virtual events for our volunteers and the community.
CASA of the Mid-Shore has remained true to our mission during the COVID – 19 pandemic. We continue to adapt to the times and currently conduct online training, including opportunities for independent study. Pre-Service Training for new volunteers also pivoted to Zoom classes (pictured above), where the curriculum included: Dynamics of Child Abuse & Neglect, Court Process & Relevant Laws, Culturally Competent Advocacy, Case Studies, Court Report Writing, and more.
